Troax is looking for a marketing intern to support the marketing activities in Asia-Pacific (APAC). 

The role reports to the Marketing Manager for Asia-Pacific but will also work closely with local marketing staff from the various sales units in APAC.

In this role, you will play an integral role in the execution of our marketing strategy across the region and get hand-on experience in various marketing disciplines. This role is therefore not only an opportunity to use what you have learned in your studies but also an opportunity to further expand your skills within Marketing.  

We are looking for a marketing student that speaks fluent English, as most of the work will be conducted in English together with our non-Japanese staff across Asia. The interview will therefore also be conducted in English.

 

 

Main responsibilities include:

• Support the coordination of the overall regional marketing strategy with local sales units
• Support the graphic development of brochures, PowerPoints, event displays, Social Media graphics, etc.
• Coordinate trade shows together with local staff in APAC
• Maintain the APAC social media channels
• Coordinate regional customer newsletter
• Supporting the Head of Marketing in APAC with various administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

• Studies within Marketing or Graphic Design 
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Quick learner, can-do attitude, structured, and creative mindset

 

Good to have (but not required):

• Experience graphic design tools like Indesign and Photoshop
• Experience with video creation tools
• Experience with various social media channels 
• Japanese, Chinese or Korean language skills 
• Experience with WordPress 

Access

This role will be located in Tokyo and work out of our office in Tamachi. The role is a parttime job with on average 50-70 hours of work per month. The working hours can be flexible and adjusted to your school schedule. 

 

Working Conditions

【Negotiable】 Minimum 3 months to long term desired / From 3 hours a day / 2 days a week OK (within 28 hours a week) / No work on weekends

 

Salary

Probation period (first 3 months): 1350 yen per hour

After 3 months: 1500-1700 yen per hour *Depending on ability.

(Transportation expenses: fully paid)

この職務は、アジア太平洋地域のマーケティング・マネージャーの直属ですが、アジア太平洋地域の様々な営業部門の現地マーケティング・スタッフとも密接に連携します。

主な仕事内容

- 各地域の営業部門と地域全体のマーケティング戦略の調整をサポートする。

- パンフレット、パワーポイント、イベントディスプレイ、ソーシャルメディアグラフィックなどのグラ　　　　　フィック開発をサポートする。

- APACの現地スタッフと共にトレードショーのコーディネート

- APACソーシャルメディアチャンネルの維持管理

- 地域顧客向けニュースレターのコーディネート

- APACのマーケティング責任者の各種管理業務のサポート

 

応募条件 

- マーケティングまたはグラフィックデザインに関する専攻をされている方

- マイクロソフトオフィスパッケージ（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント）に精通している方

- 英語での文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキルが可能な方

- 吸収が早く実行力があり、建設的で創造的な考え方をお持ちの方

 

あれば尚可（必須ではない）

- IndesignやPhotoshopなどのグラフィックデザインツールの使用経験

- 動画作成ツールの使用経験

- 各種ソーシャルメディアチャンネルの使用経験 

- 日本語、中国語、韓国語のいずれかの言語スキル

勤務条件

給与

試用期間（最初の3ヶ月） 時給1350円 

3ヶ月以降 時給1500円～1700円 ※能力に応じて決定します。
