Jacob Wallenberg 氏（Investor 会長、スウェーデン企業連盟会長）によるウェビナー開催のご案内

世界的な投資・成長・貿易の多くがアジアにおいて展開される中、同地域における欧州企業の存在感は一層重要性を増しております。また、地域化の進展が貿易や投資に及ぼす影響も顕著になりつつあります。
Investor 会長およびスウェーデン企業連盟会長を務める Jacob Wallenberg 氏が、これらの動向について現在および将来の展望を踏まえた見解を示すとともに、北欧および欧州企業がいかにしてこれらの課題と機会に対応していくかを語ります。

本ウェビナーは、SEB 北京首席代表 Peter Ling-Vannerus 氏がモデレーターを務め、終了後には質疑応答の時間も予定しております。

About Speakers

Jacob Wallenberg
Chairman at Investor AB at Investor AB

Jacob Wallenberg is Chair of the Board of Investor AB since 2005, a leading shareholder of global companies based in the Nordics. He also serves as Vice Chair of ABB, Ericsson, FAM and Patricia Industries, and sits on the Boards of Nasdaq Inc. and the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation.

In addition, he is active in international organizations such as the European Round Table for Industry (ERT), where he chairs the Committee on Trade and Market Access, and serves on the Advisory Board of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.

Previously, Mr. Wallenberg held senior leadership positions at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB), including Chair (1998–2005) and CEO (1997).

Born in Stockholm in 1956, he holds a B.Sc. in Economics (1980) and an MBA (1981) from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also trained at the Royal Swedish Naval Academy and serves as an Officer in the Swedish Naval Reserve.

Jacob Wallenberg 氏は、2005年より Investor AB の会長を務めており、北欧を拠点とするグローバル企業の主要株主として経営に関与しています。ABB、Ericsson、FAM、Patricia Industries の副会長を務めるほか、Nasdaq Inc. および Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation の取締役を兼任しています。

また、欧州産業円卓会議（ERT）において貿易・市場アクセス委員会の議長を務めるなど、国際的な経済団体でも精力的に活動しています。加えて、清華大学経済管理学院の諮問委員会メンバーとしても参画しています。

過去には Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken（SEB）にて要職を歴任し、取締役会長（1998–2005）、最高経営責任者（1997）を務めました。

1956年ストックホルム生まれ。ペンシルベニア大学ウォートン・スクールにて経済学学士（1980年）および MBA（1981年）を取得。スウェーデン王立海軍兵学校で教育を受け、現在はスウェーデン海軍予備役の士官でもあります。

Peter Ling-Vannerus
Chief Representative at SEB Beijing Representative Office

Previously, Peter Ling-Vannerus was the Global Head of Subsidiary Financing at SEB Head Office, responsible for the development and execution of cost and risk efficient financing solutions for subsidiaries in international markets. He has also been Head of SEB Paris Branch: Managing SEB’s activities in France, including Commercial Banking, Equity Analysis and Trading. Mr. Peter Ling-Vannerus has also held the position of Chief Representative in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Managing and developing SEB’s business with Corporate Customers and Correspondent Banks in the Southern Cone markets.

He holds a degree from Georgetown University, Washington DC in International Relations and Finance and from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Peter Ling-Vannerus is a former Chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China.

Peter Ling-Vannerus 氏は、かつて SEB 本店にてグローバル子会社ファイナンス部門の責任者を務め、国際市場における子会社向けのコスト効率とリスク効率を兼ね備えた資金調達ソリューションの開発・実行を統括しました。さらに SEB パリ支店長として、商業銀行業務、株式分析、トレーディングを含むフランスにおける SEB の事業全般を管理。また、ブラジル・サンパウロ駐在首席代表として、南部コーン市場における法人顧客およびコルレス銀行との取引拡大・事業開発に従事しました。

Ling-Vannerus氏はワシントンD.C.のジョージタウン大学にて国際関係学およびファイナンスを専攻し、その後フランス・フォンテーヌブローの INSEAD にて学位を取得しています。

さらに、中国スウェーデン商工会議所の会頭を歴任し、両国間の経済交流の発展に貢献しました。
