It is time for the 17th CEO Roundtable Discussion, exclusive for Executive Management within our Corporate Members. The purpose of this meeting is for CEOs to extend their network, get updated and discuss issues within the Swedish-Japanese business community.

Our keynote speaker this time is Mr. Noboru Nishikawa, Managing Director, Alfa Laval Japan. After joining Alfa Laval as a sales representative in 2010, Mr. Nishikawa became  the first local managing director of Alfa Laval Japan in 2022. He is well-versed in the energy potential of biomass and he started his career as a researcher of a joint research project of NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization), then joined GE mainly working for Power, O&G and Petrochemical companies.
At Alfa Laval, he worked for business development of crude oil refinery business in Asia and India region based in Malaysia from 2015 to 2017.

His hobbies are jogging and cycling.

今回の基調講演者は、アルファ・ラバル日本代表取締役社長の西川昇氏です。

西川氏は2010年に営業担当としてアルファ・ラバルに入社後、2022年にアルファ・ラバル・ジャパンの社長に就任しました。バイオマスのエネルギーポテンシャルに精通し、NEDO（国立研究開発法人 新エネルギー・産業技術総合開発機構）の共同研究プロジェクトの研究員としてキャリアをスタート。アルファ・ラバルでは、2015年から2017年までマレーシアを拠点にアジア・インド地域の原油精製事業の事業開発に従事。

趣味はジョギングとサイクリング。
