CLIC Networking: "Establishing a Swedish Premium Brand in Japan"

         CLIC is a loose organization of 8 smaller European Chambers of Commerce in Japan created for the purpose of organizing innovative networking events

to enable trading of ideas between the members of the

         participating chambers: Belgian-Luxembourg, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish and Swiss Chambers.

 Mr. Takayuki Kimura, President and CEO of Volvo Car Japan,

will reveal the secrets behind VOLVO’s success in Japan and share with us his views on the future of the automotive industry.

Date &Time:    Thursday, 11 May, 19:00-21:00

Venue:             Embassy of Belgium, 5-4, Nibancho,Chiyoda-ku,Tokyo     MAP

Cost:                Members 4,000 yen, non-members 6,000yen

                         Including buffet and free flowing drinks (beer, wine, softdrinks)

About Takayuki Kimura: Takayuki Kimura was born in 1965 and graduated with MBA from University of North Carolina in 2003, and with BS Degree in Material Science and Engineering from Osaka University in 1987. He started his career at Toyota Motor Corp, and experienced in product planning and sales, including brand building of Lexus in Japan. After working as CEO of Nissan Asia Pacific and Nissan Indonesia, he joined Volvo Car Japan as CEO in 2014. He is a licence holder of Wine Expert, and Professional Guide in English.
