Spring General Assembly at the Embassy

SCCJ Spring General Assembly
Thursday, March 18th, 2010 at the Club Room, Embassy of Sweden
17:30 – 18:30

You are invited to participate in the SCCJ Spring General Assembly on March 18th.
The Board of Director had decided to have one General Assembly Reception only and this will take place in November. There will consequently not be any reception following the March General Assembly.

This General Assembly will decide on the following matter:

    Approval of the SCCJ Financial Report for 2009
   
You will find attachment to the above mentioned matter:

The General Assembly will take place at 17:30 on the 18th, March in the Club Room on the basement of the Embassy of Sweden.  You are most welcome to attend the meeting, however, we would appreciate if you submit attached proxy in case you are not able to attend.

There will be simple refreshment served in connection with the Spring General Assembly.
