SCCJ WIN network are happy to invite Kaori Sasaki, President & CEO, ewoman, Inc., as the main speaker on the following key points:

 

  1. How can women develop their career sustainably even when they get married or have a child?
  2. How should we maintain our motivation from a long term perspective?


Kaori will also present the newly launched Diversity Index, started by ewoman. This a index for corporations, whereby each employee takes an online exam on their knowledge, behaviour and attitude towards diversity and inclusion.
 

Keiko Asano, General Manager, Munters (SCCJ Corporate Gold member) will facilitate this event including the talk session after Kaori’s presentation.

Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. 

Currently CEO of ewoman, Inc. and UNICUL International, Inc. Also serves as the Chairperson of the International Conference for Women in Business, which is now in its 24th year. Serves as outside board member for several public companies, and is a former member of the Regulatory Reform Council of the Cabinet Office of the Japanese Government, to which she was appointed by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.  Author of several books.
